The Pilates Method
Pilates is both a mind and body-conditioning method which teaches you how to have greater control and awareness of your posture and the way your body moves. It targets the deep stabilising muscles and focuses on good body alignment and breathing patterns.
Pilates is for everyone.
ABOUT ME
After years in the busy corporate world, I found sanctuary from my fast-paced London life in my Pilates practice. Amazed by the body transformation, postural correction and overall life improvement, it offered a daily source of energy and I felt the need to share my experience with others.
After qualifying as STOTT Pilates instructor I gained experience in teaching Matwork, Reformer, MVe Chair, MOTR Pilates and Barre. I enjoy teaching a dynamic and classical approach to Pilates movement.
My personal mantra is whatever activity you choose to do, protect your fitness and wellbeing as a core part of everyday life for a more energetic, healthier and happier you.
As a fully qualified Pilates, Yoga & Barre instructor and Holistic Health Coach certified by the Academy of Healthing Nutrition, I help you to achieve your optimal ‘YOU’ by framing your core, improving your overall conditioning, and bringing balanced energy to your daily life.
