People of all ages and abilities can benefit from practicing Pilates and Mindful Movement as a part of their daily workplace routine. Capacity

Individual sessions, small groups or for entire teams and companies. We can tailor your company program or wellness day. 

Duration

Anything from a 15 minutes daily routine to a 12 week program specially designed for you and your team looking at what needs to be covered during the program.

Equipment

As simple as a yoga / Pilates mat. No excuses, no need for any more equipment.

Sabina and her team are fully qualified Pilates, Yoga & Barre instructors. And as Holistic Health Coach Sabina will help others to live a more energetic, happier and healthier lifestyle both at work and at home, via her knowledge and experience.

 The sessions in person in Barcelona can take place at your office, outdoors or at our boutique studios in Eixample or Poblenou. And when online we can work around your work schedule for maximum flexibility.
