A dynamic and flowing style of yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow.

As we prepare for the weekend there is an invitation for self-expression and exploration. There is a chance to find your own flow; your own way of moving and expressing connecting with your body in which ever way that presents to you (there will be some invitation and guidance also).

The intention of this practise is to get you ready for the weekend vibes.
